Sabr Coffee in Siolim is a cozy café tucked into a small space opposite Candlelight Restaurant, where the heart of the experience centers around expertly crafted coffee and warm, personal hospitality. Run by a couple deeply invested in their craft, this spot has a reassuring, intimate feel that draws in locals and visitors looking to pause and savor a quality cup away from the busier, more touristy cafes in Goa.

The vibe here is unpretentious and welcoming, with a quiet energy that suits a mid-morning coffee or an afternoon break. It’s not a sprawling lounge, so if you seek large, airy seating or vibrant café crowds, this might not be the ideal spot. Instead, it works well for anyone who appreciates the kind of café where the barista knows your name and takes genuine pride in each cup.

The coffee menu balances classic espresso-based drinks and creative takes — the coconut iced cappuccino stands out, reputed to be so good it rivals versions from far-flung coffee destinations. You’ll also find craft drinks like the Vietcano or a refreshing Blue Pea Lemonade that hint at a thoughtful approach to flavor beyond just the espresso. For those who want more than coffee, there are inventive additions like serradura, providing a sweet complement to the beverages.

Because Sabr Coffee doubles as a consultant and training center, the space also carries an undercurrent of purposeful learning and community building. This gives the spot a slight edge as somewhere you can linger, chat about coffee culture, or simply feel inspired by the owners’ passion and positivity. People who come here tend to appreciate calm, connection, and detail mattered in every cup.

Best visited during quieter daytime hours, Sabr Coffee fits well into a relaxed Goan rhythm—perfect for those who want a focused coffee experience and a restorative pause away from the more tourist-heavy parts of the area. Whether you’re a local seeking a daily pick-me-up or a traveler who enjoys discovering cafés with character and heart, this small, spirited place offers a sincere dose of both.

The coconut iced cappuccino coffee is better than the one I've had in vietnam , also MUST TRY THE SERRADURA, amazing energies and gorgeous positive vibes from the couple who own this place. Such a beautiful nostalgia inducing cafe . I have my own clinic and this place gives me hope that if your heart is in the right place , you can succeed in anything , just believe in yourself , baby steps

It’s run by a lovely couple, Hitesh and Ipsa. You’ll feel their warmth in every serving. Hitesh is a master of coffee—visit the café to experience his craftsmanship. The food is unbelievably good; even something as simple as a muesli bowl tastes otherworldly.

The best cup of coffee in Goa - hands down. We had to search far and wide to find a spot like this - a cosy space with the warmest people that are very passionate about everything they serve and absolutely nail it with the coffee! You can have your coffee in so many ways and they’re all perfectly concocted!

Highly recommended!! I recently discovered this place & since then I’ve been going there regularly cause the coffee they serve is sooo goood! It’s a bit tiny space so, if ambience is something non-negotiable for you then this place is not for you. Things to try on the menu: Coconut cream coffee Iced Coconut Cappuccino Banoffee Coffee

Why do they have such less reviews when the coffee is top class and the vibe is perfect?! Hitesh and Ipsa get the best of the beans from different roasters and it's such a fun experience to try a new roast every time. They are passionate about coffee and it's great chatting them about it and learning from them. The space beautifully speaks of the slow life concept which is what we badly need! Love going there for a good cup of coffee.

One of the best coffee I've had in Goa has been at this quaint unsuspecting place. They had an interesting line up of international & indian speciality coffees, a must visit if you're serious about coffee & are in North Goa,The owners are super nice and friendly! It's one of those places that will surprise you with the quality and dedication to details, a true hidden gem!

Had the best coffee and scrambled eggs at Sabr. The cafe is such a vibe, and Hitesh and Ipsa are absolute gems. It’s not just a meal, it’s an experience. A must-visit if you’re ever in Siolim, Goa!
